Alice House Hospice's first ever Men's Day Out will take place on Saturday 10th February 2024. The 5 mile charity walk aims to raise vital funds for local hospice care and promotes positive mental health and wellbeing. Alice House Hospice provides care and support to people affected by life limiting illness or the death of a loved one in Hartlepool, Tees Valley and East Durham. Our services make a vital difference to the lives of local patients and families throughout these communities. It costs over £3.5m to fund these services for one year. We receive just less than 21% of this in Government funding, leaving a shortfall of just under £8,000 to be raised every single day.
