Remember a loved one this Christmas and dedicate a light on our celebratory Christmas Tree  ... every memory counts

Everyone is welcome!  Light up a Life lets us shine a light on those who are in our thoughts all year round but who, especially at Christmastime, it is hard to be without.

With dark, cold nights and Christmas celebrations afoot, winter can be a difficult time without those we love around us.

During the service we will switch on our tree which is illuminated by hundreds of lights, each one dedicated to someone special and you will be invited to view the Remembrance Book which will be on display.

In return for your donation you will receive a Remembrance Card and a Light up a Life pin badge, which we hope you will wear in tribute to your loved ones.  

Light up a Life welcomes anyone who wishes to remember their loved ones in this way, it is not exclusive to those who have been cared for by the Hospice.

Thursday 16th December @ 7pm

St Cuthberts Church, Peterlee
Friday 17th December @ 6.30pm

Dedications received on or before Monday 13th December will be included in the Book of Remembrance at the services. Any dedications received after that date will be added and available to view at the Hospice the following week.
